Responsibilities
· Perform presale activities from early engagement with law enforcement customers in the telecommunication technologies and cellular domains, while working closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders from R&D, Product, Project Management and Marketing, to push opportunities forward and promote customer satisfaction
· Managing customer-facing activities, including commercial and technical sessions, demonstrations and presentations, lead Proof of Concepts (POCs), technical training sessions and travel to customer sites as needed, present at webinars, conferences, and professional meetups
· Understanding the customer's needs and matching the customer pain points to successfully reach a proposed solution that meets those challenges, impacting greatly the product roadmap by providing the voice of customer.
Requirements
· A tech-savvy professional, eager to learn new technologies
· Strong analytical skills, multitasking capabilities and problem-solving skills
· Exceptional teamwork capabilities
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Self sufficient & independent
· In-depth knowledge of IP communications, protocols, applications and encryption – an advantage
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate technical topics and creatively explain complex concepts
· Fluent English (writing/reading/speaking) – a must
· other languages (preferably Spanish)– an advantage
· Willingness to travel abroad ~30% of the year
· Linux knowledge- an advantage
· In-depth knowledge of telecom network architecture for Telephony, Cellular and IP networks – an advantage
· Background in Intelligence technologies and methodologies – an advantage
· Foreign passport – an advantage
