What you'll achieve: 

 

As an OEM Sales Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor for Dell’s OEM customers in Israel, combining customer-facing systems engineering, solution architecture, and cross-functional execution . You will collaborate closely with customer engineering teams and internal sales, product, and services partners to embed Dell Technologies' enterprise portfolio into innovative customer products from ideation to delivery .

 

You will:

• Serve as the primary technical systems engineering contact for aligned customer accounts in Israel, guiding customers from ideation through final product design .
• Design-in and position Dell Technologies infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, networking, edge, and cybersecurity) to support OEM customers' intellectual property .
• Lead technical discovery, solution definition, customization, and proof-of-concept (POC) testing to accelerate deployment and commercialization readiness .
• Bridge technical and commercial discussions with customer stakeholders and coordinate internally across sales, program management, operations, and specialty teams .
• Develop vertical domain knowledge to architect solutions that are industry-ready, supportable, and globally scalable throughout their lifecycle .

• Strong background in systems engineering or pre-sales architecture for enterprise infrastructure or OEM/embedded solution environments .
• Deep technical knowledge of servers, storage, networking, edge computing, and data protection solutions .
• Proven track record in customer-facing solution design, testing processes, troubleshooting, and managing complex account structures .
• Strong consultative and communication skills, with the ability to articulate architectural trade-offs to both technical and executive stakeholders .
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience), plus a full driving license .

• Familiarity with infrastructure deployments in Industrial, Healthcare, Defense, Machine Vision, or AI environments .
• Experience working across global, cross-functional matrix organizations spanning product development and lifecycle management .
