Your impact

• Develop and implement innovative learning strategies and programs for both our internal teams, focusing primarily on technical support groups, and our global customer base.
• Ensure that training programs align with the company's strategic goals and contribute to the growth of our product knowledge and expertise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
• Work closely with product and technical teams to stay updated on product developments and collaborate with the delivery and support groups to translate these into educational content in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them
• Create engaging and effective training materials tailored to various learning styles and needs.
• Manage the full cycle of training activities, from needs analysis through to delivery and evaluation.
• Lead and mentor a team of training professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Your Toolbox

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in the tech or cyber intelligence domain.
• Proven track record of creating and implementing successful training programs.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc)
• Experience working with different LMSs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including technical teams and international customers.
• Experience in project management and team leadership.
• Fluent in English.
