A leading cyber company, located in TLV (on the train line), is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - temporary position (6-9 months app.), maternity leave replacement, with the possibility of a permanent position.

• You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from strategic and innovative sourcing to crafting profiles, phone and in-depth HR interviews, and offers.
• Partnering with our hiring managers to build talent pipelines and hiring processes using industry best practices.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from application to onboarding, and represent our brand professionally.
• Support strategic HR and Talent Acquisition projects such as the friend referral program and more.
  
  

• At least 4 years of experience as a technical recruiter in a global hi-tech company.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, taking full ownership of the recruiting process, including partnering with hiring managers and creating a positive experience for candidates.
• In-depth HR interview experience
• Experience with social media channels and sourcing tools.
• Energetic, highly engaged, and proactive
• Open-minded, out-of-the-box thinker, creative with a “can-do” attitude
• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to details
• BA in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or equivalent
• Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written
  
  

• Global in-depth HR interview experience
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) - working with Comeet is a plus.
