About The Role

We are looking for a Data Specialist & BI expert to join the global IT Team.

This position will oversee the development of new databases, monitoring database performance and interpreting raw data and turning it into usable feedback and applications. In addition, this individual will be responsible for collecting and cleaning up the data to ensure all information is accurate, making sure confidential information is secured and available.

Responsibilities

• Build data models.
• Plan and manage data hub.
• Create efficient analytic processes/dashboards/models, ready to scale.
• Lead data cleansing & data reliability
• Develop & Maintain reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Data visualization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate the value of each dashboard/analysis/report, and how to use it.
• Work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of the business requirements.
• Support analytical meetings and training sessions of analytical deliverables.
  
  

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Math, Statistics, Science/Data Systems Management, or equivalent background.
• 5+ years of experience as Data Analyst.
• High proficiency in SQL, data exploration, data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience querying and extracting data from large databases.
• Experience in data modeling in BI / Analytics tools + Hands-on experience in developing reports and Dashboards with BI tools (Power BI \ Qlik \Tableau etc.)
• Expert in Excel
• Excellent analytical skills, combined with business insight.
• Data story-telling expert; ability to understand what the data means, deliver & explain insights, and recommendations to non-analytical people.
• +2 years working with Python in a data position.
