Sony Semiconductor Israel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRBP to join our team for a maternity leave replacement. This is a temporary position for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. As an HRBP, you will play a critical role in partnering with business leaders and managers to provide strategic HR support and deliver effective HR solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall success of our organization and make a difference in the lives of our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted HR consultant and partner with business leaders and managers to understand their needs and objectives
• Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Manage employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Proactively identify and address HR issues and trends within the organization
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Master's degrees in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration (MBA) are advantageous.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, including proven expertise in leading HR processes from A to Z, such as onboarding and offboarding, performance review cycles, top talent retention and separations, succession planning, employee development and training, recognition programs, etc.
• Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations issues.
• Demonstrated experience in guiding C-level managers through HR processes and providing strategic HR guidance.
• Advantageous experience in Organizational Development (OD) or Employee Benefits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
