Talent Acquisition Specialist - Student Position

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a Student Position to join our HR team at ThetaRay and together with us lead the company's growth!

Responsibilities

• Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook) to look for and connect with potential candidates.
• Review online resumes to pre-screen candidates.
• Conducting phone interviews to filter candidates within the schedule
• Delivering great candidate experience throughout the process.
• Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
• Support strategic HR and Talent Acquisition projects.
• Take part at different HR activities like- employee onboarding, company events, and more.

Requirements

• Current 2nd-3rd year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Available to work a minimum of 3 days a week, embracing a hybrid working model with 2 days a week at the office.
• Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases.
• Experience working as a talent acquisition in a growing startup - an advantage.
• Strong time-management skills, capable of handling multiple open positions simultaneously.
