Who you are?

The ideal candidate is a SQL expert, a data and process-driven individual who has extraordinary attention to detail and a track record of analytical problem-solving.

• You will influence existing and future strategies with your data analysis, insights, and visualizations to deliver strategic recommendations on company growth and product improvements.
• The position is to be part of a product team responsible for Incredibuild’s data products and data offering, constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve efficiency, clarity, and deliver better value to the organization and to the customers.
• You will be expected to become the focal point for all product data matters in the organization and work closely with cross-functional teams.
• You’ll be required to own the data, its accuracy, its gaps and overall “integrity”.

What You'll Do:

• Own data-related answers to support complex business questions and dilemmas
• Assist constantly optimizing our data offering internally and externally
• Design and build meaningful dashboards and reports to help make data accessible for everyone
• Deliver analyses to guide decision-making and prioritization across all functions of the company
• Work closely with a wide range of teams - Senior Management, Product Managers, Customer Success, and Marketing

What You'll Need:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience either as a data analyst or a data engineer
• BA/B.Sc. in industrial/information systems engineering, computer science, statistics, or equivalent degree
• Very strong SQL skills, querying large datasets - a must
• Experience working with Data Visualization / BI tools
• Experience working with Python - Advantage
• Ability to self-motivate, pick things up quickly, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity to dig into the numbers
• A problem solver and a team player
