Job Description

We are looking for new colleagues who can help to increase our efficiency for quoting customers more accurately and develop and organize our relationships further with suppliers.

• Working hours between 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
• Responsible for handling maritime & and air import/export operations.
• Creating, organizing, and following shipment processes.
• Improving our relationships with current suppliers and partners is a plus.
• Following daily import/export operations, taking necessary actions.
• Keeping good coordination with customers, carriers, and Barsan's other offices.
• Working in coordination and closely with Barsan's Sales, Pricing, and Operations Teams.
• Effectively communicating with suppliers, liners, agencies, and service providers professionally..

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Hebrew(Advanced or native speaker level)
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the logistics field.
• Experience with using Focus Software.
• High sense of urgency with a detail-oriented focus and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Being experienced in working with Shipping lines and other suppliers.
• Experienced in Ocean Freight Forwarding in Israel.
• Taking responsibility for the position with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Open to teamwork with creative and innovative skills.
