About This Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated manager to lead our "SOC Integration, validation and Infrastructure" team. The team is responsible of integration, SW validation and the SW release of Hailo`s SOC products, which are focused on AI inferencing capabilities with advanced computer vision abilities.

In this role, you will have a significant and direct impact on our SOC products, You will lead a team of talented SW engineers, innovations activities, product validation, and comprehensive SW integration and product release processes

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of Software Engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Responsibility for our SOC product CI systems
• Integration and ongoing development of our company's Linux-based operating system
• Design and implementation of SW infrastructure and tools
• Development, implementation and execution of comprehensive validation strategies for SOC products to ensure the highest quality and reliability.
• SW Release - Oversee the seamless integration of software components into the SOC, ensuring functionality, performance, and compatibility.
• Work closely with all company teams to address integration and product release challenges , optimize performance, and fulfil customer needs
• Work in different SW environments: from low-level Firmware to Embedded Linux, Python, and various SW frameworks.
  
  

• B.Sc in Computer Science from top Universities (GPA above 85)
• 5+ years’ experience in SW development team or Automation/validation teams
• 2+ years experience in Python development
• Managerial experience
• Experience with SoC systems
• Knowledge in CI/CD process
• Hard-working, committed, and self-reliant
• Great interpersonal skills and a team-player
• Fluent English
• Quick learner and hands-on
• Ability to solve complex system problems.
  
  

• Experience with large-scale SW integration, validation, and release
• Knowledge in Computer Vision
• Knowledge of the Yocto build system (or any other embedded build tool)
• knowledge of Open-source software
