Talent Acquisition Partner - Temporary Position

We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to temporarily join our growing team and help us create the puzzle called Cynerio.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take a huge part in building a world-class team and achieving our hiring goals.

You will:

• Be responsible for Building and Managing the full life cycle of the hiring process
• Work closely with and advise the leadership team on everything from profile the best candidates to design the hiring process
• Be responsible for assessing the best talents by conducting an in-person interview
• Create top-notch talent pipelines by using innovative talent acquisition channels
• Find and engage passive candidates through the use of various sourcing techniques
• Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience.
  
  

• Passion for recruiting! From sourcing to extending offers
• At least 2 years of talent acquisition experience in high-tech environment, with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, and be connected to the HR and Recruiting communities
• Experience in sourcing including building new and creative sourcing strategies
• Experience in conducting HR interviews and candidates’ assessment
• Multi-tasking ability and desire to work in a dynamic and startup mentality
• Creative, friendly, and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive, and can-do approach
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects and events
