Self Hosted PSM Team Lead

What will you do:

Our team builds and provides CyberArk's Self-Hosted secured interactive access to privileged accounts.

Our team’s mission is to protect sensitive assets, using a layer of isolation and control over privileged sessions, and to secure communication while practicing the highest security standards and providing the best possible user experience. 

We are searching for an outstanding team leader to join us in our journey to provide the most secured product to our customers and lead our development team in Israel.

What you need to succeed:

• Have at least 2 years as R&D TL.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in C++ development.
• Hands on development.
• Working experience with agile methodologies.
• Production oriented – have experience with product in production and can “think like a customer”.
• Passionate about leading an amazing team of enthusiastic engineers.
• Self-learner, with great technical skills and high attention to details.
• Eager to work and collaborate with other teams around the globe from different domains (R&D, Product, Security, Support, etc).
  
  

• Experience developing C++ in Windows environment.
• Experience in Windows internals.
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams.
