Minimum Qualifications To Apply For This Role

• 7+ years experience as an E2E Recruiter in a tech company - sourcing, interviewing, and running the full process of negotiation to closing while ensuring an amazing candidate experience throughout
• Experience in keeping track of processes while backing up decisions with relevant data
• Great communication skills; proven ability to effectively collaborate with senior business leaders and other team members
• Working in a hyper-growth environment
• Innovative approach, out-of-the-box thinker

How is your day going to look, what you will be doing?

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be joining our TLV Talent Team. This means taking and planing the process E2E – from position kickoff, through sourcing, performing HR interviews, and closing candidates.

you will build great working relationships with hiring teams, understand the business needs, challenge, engage, and build trust with business leaders.

You will work in a fast-paced, agile environment with ambitious goals.
