Senior Program Manager- EPIL (Edge + Platform org in Israel)

The Edge + Platform org in Israel (EPIL) is looking for Program Manager to effectively support a highly dynamic organization, its growth, and its day-to-day operations across multiple projects and product domains.

In this role you will be supporting the EPIL GM and the EPIL leadership team. You will work across the organization to align major components of many projects simultaneously by organizing people and processes and analyzing data to drive decisions. As the EPIL program manager you will help strategize and orchestrate delivery and improvements of various programs and processes that impact results. You will track and provide status and action item updates to global program and leadership, ensure proper execution and smooth and transparent operation across lifecycle stages and the rhythm of business of projects.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the rhythm of the business, in line with the broader E+P org and the ILDC site. Push for decision making, continuous awareness, drive LT meetings and off-site, all-hands and visits, assuring efficiency, clear agenda and time management, effective follow-ups on action items
• Drive and support compliance programs such as Responsible AI where EPIL plays a global role for the broader E+P org and drives a global v-team.
• Drive and support ILDC local programs such as academic partnerships and ERGs.
• Analyze, define, track and report progress on org health and development programs and goals set by EPIL GM, LT and HR. Examples: Work-Life-Flexibility, growth and learning, diversity, effective collaboration, onboarding, diversity, guilds, MEC, XLT, intern program, MS Poll analysis/actions plan. 
• Foster collaboration and promote synergies across org pillars through cross team programs
• Support various goals and success criteria of initiatives and projects with local and global field, BD, marketing, support that help promote growth and market success.
• Promote and drive transparency and common voice across pillar reviews, syncs and ROBs
• Perform program analysis to identify development and cost saving opportunities
• Prepare and present world class presentation for customers, partners and visitors across multiple domains, landing key messages land and gaining stakeholders buy-in
• Define and execute org communication plans, leading the rhythm of the business during execution
• Support incubation efforts EPIL is involved or invested in
  
  

Qualifications

Experience and qualifications:

• BA or equivalent degree
• Meaningful program and product experience – at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a global company
• Strong project management capabilities. Capable of managing multiple complicated projects in parallel, that works well with ambiguity
• Strong product understanding – ability to self-dive into complex technical aspects and provide clarity for requirements and status
• Proven ability of collaboration. Able to build effective partnership with multiple functions inside and outside of the org
• Highly responsive with constant positive energy and can-do service attitude
• Meticulous time management, Extreme attention to detail, ability to work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Highly reliable and maintain confidentiality
