Training Manager

Phibro is seeking an EMEA (MACIE) Training Lead (80% part-time), reporting to VP HR MACIE Region, mainly in Israel and parts of Europe- to be a part of a professional Human Resources team, which plays a significant role in the organization.

Phibro Israel includes about 500 employees located nationwide from Neot-Hovav in the South to Yokneam in the North. There are four manufacturing plants, R&D sites, Headquarters, Marketing and Sales units.

Phibro is a developing organization with multiple locations and diverse populations working in various industries. All these create a dynamic and ever-challenging workplace.

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with local and regional management and HR managers to identify specific training needs and create annual training plans and customized learning solutions.
• Design, implement, and oversee local training programs in the different sites
• Implement digital learning platform and learning modules
• Develop, implement, and guide Manager Development programs
• Supporting: Global survey, Communications, presentations, talent reviews
• Evaluate and select local training vendors and negotiate contracts when necessary.
• Manage the training budget

Requirements:

• 4-5 years' experience in training-management
• Experience working in an industrial organization, Pharma.
• Experience working in a global company (advantage)
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (advantage)
• Strong English skills (verbal and writing)
• Strong presentation skills
