Join our pioneering FoodTech startup at the forefront of cultured fish product development! Wanda 

Fish is seeking a skilled and passionate Food Technologist to join our dynamic bioengineering 

team and contribute to the research and development of cultivated fish products.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Conduct research and development to formulate and optimize matrices as a base for our 

fish products, focusing on components in-depth screening and evaluation

▪ Perform mechanical, chemical, and biochemical analysis for product characterization

▪ Enhance taste, texture, and nutritional content

▪ Assist in product design and fabrication

▪ Research and source high-quality ingredients and additives

▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biologists, engineers, chefs, and 

marketing

▪ Stay updated on food safety regulations and industry standards

▪ Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure consistency and safety

Qualifications:

▪ Bachelors in Food Science/Technology/Engineering; M.Sc. degree is an advantage

▪ Experience in food product development, preferably in the cultured meat field

▪ Strong understanding of food development and processing, and quality control principles

▪ Proven ability to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and communicate findings

▪ Exceptional ability to work with precision, diligence, and organization, ensuring efficiency 

and accuracy in project management and execution

▪ Flexible, independent, and disruptive thinker with a diverse perspective

▪ "Can-do" attitude and strong motivation

▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, functions well in a team environment as 

well as working individually
