R&D FullStack Team Lead

Join us as a R&D FullStack Team Lead 🚀, driving Novisign's growth and success. Lead a team of 5 skilled engineers across Israel and Ukraine, with an office in Kfar Sava, Israel.

Responsibilities:

- Leading team of Backend (Java) and Frontend (Angular) engineers.

- Collaborate with Product Owner for project planning.

- Ensure high-quality, timely project delivery with the QA team.

- Foster technical excellence through code reviews and mentorship.

- Devise development progress plans for your team of developers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 2+ years leading development teams, advantage - management of remote teams

- 5+ years in end-to-end applications development ( 2+ years in frontend development, advantage: AngularJS ). For backend development: 3+ years in Java.

- Must have knowledge in Linux, MySQL DB, AWS.

- Excellent design capabilities: understanding requirements, architectural considerations and ability to design robust solution.

- In-depth knowledge with code testing methodology ( unit test, integration tests )

-  Experience with containerized environments and micro-services (i.e. Docker & Kubernetes)

- Knowledge of build/release systems, CI/CD systems, Jenkins, GIT

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

- 50% - hands on

- The role involves working from our office in Kfar Saba, Israel.
