Talent Acquisition Specialist - Student Position

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will join the Talent Acquisition team in Tel Aviv, for a part time position.

Duration: 9 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract top talent using various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
• Recruitment Strategies: Assist in developing innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, especially for hard-to-fill roles.
• Talent Pool Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, building a pipeline of potential candidates for future needs.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives, representing Optimove in a professional and appealing manner to prospective employees.
• Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers, providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  
  

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program.
• English as a mother tongue - essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• High level of discretion and ethical approach to recruitment.
• Passion for HR and talent acquisition.
• Availability for at least 50% position.
  
  

• Previous experience in recruitment or HR (internships or similar roles).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive and eager to learn about the latest recruitment trends and techniques.
