Responsibilities:

What’s the job?

• Leading global full-cycle recruitment process.
• Conducting initial screenings of candidates, including resume reviews and phone or video interviews, to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to comprehend the organization's staffing needs and requirements.
• Managing the interview process by scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Actively sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
• Collaborating with hiring managers and HR to extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth transition for candidates.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of talents while executing a meaningful candidate experience.
• Staying informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to make informed decisions in talent acquisition.
• Contributing to the development and promotion of the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting end-to-end within global tech companies.
• Proven experience in conducting in-depth behavioral interviews.
• Experience in sourcing candidates via social networks and alternative recruiting sources.
• A collaborative team player capable of effective partnerships across all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
