Our Oracle Cloud Isolated Regions team is defining the next generation classified cloud platforms that meet the needs of global governments’ defence customers. These customers segments require OCI commercial services within a customer defined, custom built OCI realm that is completely isolated from the internet. Thrive in this crucial role!

What you’ll do:

· Work with strategic customers to understand their requirements, evangelist our solutions, and determine how to accredit our cloud and facilities to Israel government security standards.

· Directly influence how our teams and partners comply with all relevant customer security standards.

· Provide your expertise and guidance throughout the build cycle (award to solution delivery and steady state).

· Define project scopes, plan, and direct schedules while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects.

· Monitor the project from initiation through delivery and organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.

· Collaborate closely with our partners in program and product management to understand our customers and build the right solutions and products that make their needs and businesses complete.

· Be a leader- self-starter technical leader with a shown ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new projects.

· Have strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.

What you’ll bring:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

· Experience in Israel government security policies and procedures, including information security management system specifications of SI ISO 27001 and facility accreditation standards.

· Technical understanding of enterprise level cloud technologies or a background that enables you to understand cloud infrastructure.

· Understanding of military and/or intelligence communities.

· Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.

· Self-driven, analytical, and results oriented with negotiation/influence skills and leadership skills.

· Israel citizenship and the ability to achieve and maintain an Israel “Top Secret” security clearance.
