Senior System Validation Manager

Our HW team in Israel is looking for a senior system validation manager to join the HW System qualification Group. The team leads the qualification of networking infrastructure for NVIDIA next-generation data centers focusing on accelerated performance while enabling optimized end to end GPU connectivity.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the Networking organization validation activities.
• Build custom Hardware validation test plans for devices and component level qualifications.
• Manage multiple validation teams. Coach, develop, and mentor team managers. Conduct employee performance evaluations. Support other managerial tasks of team as needed.
• Apply your knowledge of validation/test principles and techniques to lead your team to creating test plans and implement them by developing tools and automation for functional and electrical validation
• Collaborate and integrate with all HW team: Board Design, Mechanics, Thermal, PCB Layout, Production, Software/Firmware and more
• Support validation and approval of alternate/second source components for the devices. Building validation plan and then perform validation to qualify it.
  
  

What We Need To See

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years' experience in electrical system validation, or test engineering
• 5+ years of demonstrated management experience with teams of 10+
• Ability to clearly express technical concepts in verbal and written forms
• Ability to multitask many assignments and coordinate testing for numerous programs
• Define new processes to improve coverage and overall product quality
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently given minimal supervision/direction
