Position Summary
We are seeking an exceptional and enthusiastic Operations & Welfare Manager to join our team. This role is multifaceted, encompassing responsibilities such as designing and implementing employee wellness programs, addressing employee concerns, managing travel arrangements, overseeing suppliers, optimizing office design, and assisting in international office operations. As part of the role, you will be responsible for overall Operations & facilities including cleaning, office maintenance, communication with suppliers, inspections, etc. This is your chance to lead, learn, and grow on personal and professional levels.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day issues that arise in the office, providing timely solutions and support.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a creative manner within a dynamic work environment.
- Arrange office space for meetings, events, happy hours, gifts, etc.
- Collaborate with departments to evaluate the requirements of employees and consistently enhance the work environment.
- Oversee contracts with suppliers, ensuring the delivery of quality services and cost-effectiveness.
- Plan and manage office design and organization, optimizing space utilization for efficiency and comfort.
- Assist in international office operations, if necessary, ensuring consistency in operations and policies.
- Create an annual welfare plan in collaboration with HR that encompasses activities for employees, festivities, and team-building experiences, all while efficiently managing the budget.
- Take responsibility for the employee's life cycle, including onboarding, and employee retention.
- Coordinate cleaning services to uphold a clean and organized workplace.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of Welfare & Operations experience in the Start-Up industry - MUST!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hebrew- MUST!
- A deep passion and unwavering dedication to delivering an exceptional employee experience.
- A profound commitment and steadfast devotion to providing an outstanding customer service encounter..
- Has to be a people person - a relationship wizard with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A knack for thinking big while managing the smallest details, ensuring no opportunities slip through the cracks.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to champion projects while serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
