Manual QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Learn new features and technologies in a relatively short amount of time.
• Assist with the definition of requirements and implementation of new features and capabilities planned in core releases.
• Design and execute test plans for new features considering deep internal aspects of the feature.
• Act as a feature owner, represent QA in different forums, and co-ordinate with different teams like the Development team, PM, Solution Architect, Documentation etc.
• Understand and analyze bug fixes to plan highly targeted tests to validate the fixes and impacted areas.
• Reproduce bugs, that either came from the field or have been found during the testing cycle.

Qualifications:

• Academic degree(s) is a must, Computer Science or equivalent – Advantage.
• SQL Query experience a plus.
• Strong attention to details.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• 3-5 years of software testing experience.
• Experience in Windows components, such as: IIS, FTP.
• Experience in Data Bases.
• Experience in a web-based software, testing web applications.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies – Advantage.
• Experience with TCP/IP and RF communication – Advantage.
• Experience in practicing software test methodology, test cases & scenarios design / execution / STP / STD is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Hebrew and English.
