Gaia College is an academic institution that provides marketing, consulting, registration, and support services for academic studies worldwide. We locate quality academic programs, advise candidates, identify the suitable program for them, and then guide them through the registration process to obtain their degree. If necessary, the candidate can take preparatory courses within the college, such as preliminary English studies, research methods, academic writing, and more.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Jerusalem District, Israel for a Customer Portfolio Manager. The Customer Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the relationship with assigned customers in order to maximize retention, promote customer satisfaction, and increase profitability. The Customer Portfolio Manager will work with internal stakeholders and different teams to ensure synergy and alignment of customer goals, needs, and expectations with company service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in account or portfolio management, customer relationship management, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, or a related platform
• Familiarity with customer success metrics and retention strategies
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages
• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in the education sector or a related field is a plus
