We are a SaaS cloud-native application that uses the most advanced and powerful technologies out there to deliver and innovate fast, with attention to detail, and quality. We are inventing new products, going on unexplored territories, and pushing forward - one of these new territories is figuring out how we can deploy our application on customers’ premises - entering you. We are looking for Software Engineering Manager to be a part of a group with the mentality and independence of a startup, supported by the power of a successful corporation. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced manager who has experience in building large-scale Kubernetes-based on-premises infrastructure. A person who can lead technically and innovate, from whom we can learn, and who will be a great team member that we will enjoy working with.

• You will be responsible for the complete software development life cycle including requirement analysis, design, development, deployment, and support
• You will drive ideas and initiatives, making innovation a reality
• You will be building a team, mentor, support and help your team members grow to be better professionals
  
  

Qualifications

Your Experience

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams - Must
• 5+ years of software engineering experience - Must
• Demonstrated experience developing Kubernetes based on premises solutions - Must
• Experience in designing, building and maintaining a scalable server side application - Must
• Experience in Go / Python - an advantage
• Experience with GCP - an advantage
• Knowledge in cyber security and networking - an advantage
