Information Technology Specialist

floLIVE is revolutionizing the global IoT Connectivity market. We provide a Connectivity Management Service for Enterprises, Cloud providers, IoT service providers, and Mobile Operators, allowing them to connect their devices anywhere and manage them from a single interface.

We’re seeking an experienced IT specialist who will join the floLIVE IT and global Security team to support, improve, and scale up our operations. In this role, you will analyze our current systems and assets, recommend, and implement solutions and upgrades, and provide training. Join us and make an impact!

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end users and perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Set up accounts and workstations.
• Manage office inventory.
• Assist with IT procurement
• Deploy and manage new IT systems, services, and projects.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to the company’s guidelines.
• Ensure security policies, procedures, and protocols of the company.
• Perform as facility manager (alarms, cameras, fingerprint, fire alarm systems, and others).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience working in IT operations
• Excellent Knowledge of Operating systems: Linux, Windows, and Mac – Mandatory
• Experience leading and managing IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies - Mandatory
• Experience in basic security guidelines (GDPR, SOC2, and ISO27001) – good to have
• Basic networking Knowledge (DHCP, DNS, Cabling) – good to have
• A firm grasp of IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English
