Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary position for 6 months)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing our talent acquisition strategy to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent aligned with the company's goals and growth plans. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks, to ensure a high caliber of talent is hired.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate scheduling, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and stay up-to-date with industry trends to attract passive candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the employer brand and improve the candidate experience.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- MUST.
• 1-3 years of proven experience as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist from tech companies- MUST.
• Previous experience in a tech placement company would be an advantage.
• Experience in sourcing and recruiting for technical and non-technical positions - MUST.
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
• Strong ability to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent on time.
• Experience with recruiting systems, familiarity with Comeet is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Autonomous and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
