אנו מחפשים מהנדס/ת שירות לאיזור ים המלח

General:

Resident Engineer in the sense of the “Project House Concept” who is ready to work for a longer period of time as a liaison within the organization of a customer, who will provide for a good working relationship with the customer, who will have an understanding for the culture of the customer, and who will be able to convey what he has experienced to the Home Office.

Field of Application:

This is optional within the scope of LTP Contracts (LTP: Long Term Program) for gas and steam power plants as a technical representative of Siemens Project Management. He/she will be responsible for contractually involved components (e.g. gas turbine, generator, steam turbine, waste-heat boilers, auxiliary systems, I&C, etc.).

Required education: Engineer or practical engineer in mechanic / electric.

Required experience: Experiences in power stations with rotating equipment in the field of maintenance or operations.

Duties:

• Close and direct exchange of information relevant to a project
• Recommendations and engineering advisories for general maintenance and service measures
• Proposals for stocking of spare parts
• Recommendations for the operation of components
• Daily monitoring of the power plant operating modes
• Evaluation of fault indications
• Recommendations for optimizing the operating modes of a power plant
• Recommendations, respectively engineering advisories involving modernization measures or technical possibilities for upgrading
• Providing of on site support to Project Management in coordinating any planned field maintenance work such as minor, major, hot gas path inspections, retrofits and upgrades
• Coordination of Siemens Field Service Personnel (e.g. arrivals, departures, lodging on site)
• Support for the inspection of tools/equipment as well as spare parts deliveries
• Presentation of scheduling and work sequence planning for individual maintenance measures
• Providing of on site support to Project Management for any unplanned outages
• Immediate communication of any problems to Siemens Project Management, respectively to the responsible department
• Informal and need-based meetings about solutions to any problems
• Direct access to the customer’s data pool
• Engineering advisories about quick remedies to any technical problems (breakdowns, warranty claims, etc.)
• Passing on of information to Project Management involving data for determining contractually stipulated and guaranteed availability of components
• Technical reports to Project Management (weekly and monthly reports, feedback within the PCM Issue System, etc.)
