A growing SaaS start up with a revolutionary platform that simplifies data-driven decision-making, is looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to join their TLV based team!
In this role you will collaborate closely with Account Executives to support pre-sale and post-sale processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, managing multiple stakeholders, and acting as a trusted technical advisor. You'll work closely with developers and data engineers across mid-market to enterprise customers, understanding their requirements and showcasing how our company's platform can help achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Sales team to manage technical engagements with key customers, ensuring precise identification of requirements and successful delivery of their success criteria.
Own the relationship with assigned clients, including managing onboarding, implementation, training, and driving increased adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Provide technical guidance to customers during pre-sales and post-sales, addressing complex technical support or inquiries.
Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and bridging the gap between client needs and technical implementation.
Work closely with various departments, including Product and Engineering teams, to promptly resolve customer issues and leverage feedback for product enhancement.
Develop a deep understanding of web scraping and web data domains, becoming an expert in using our technology to help customers achieve their goals.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of customer-facing experience with technical SaaS products, such as Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager, preferably within web scraping or data extraction domains.
Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients.
Experience working with APIs and troubleshooting logs.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Node.js is highly advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage different stakeholders.
Passion for learning new technologies and becoming an expert in your domain.
