iOS/Web Dev Team Lead (CTO/part/full-time)

MindLi is a pre-seed venture in the area of Productivity and Life Long Learning platforms looking for an iOS Dev Lead ( 3-5 people) to develop a comprehensive system including iOS, Android, and Web, AGI included; advisory/part-time position.

Basic info:  

Job title: iOS Dev Lead 

Part of: Dev Team

Reporting to: CEO

Starting date: Early Jan-2024

Location: TLV, 28 Ha’arba’a st. Ha’arba’a Towers,10 min walk from Ha’shalom train station.

Work mode: Mainly in the office 

Responsibilities: 

• Understand company needs to define the system's ongoing specifications
• Serve as the Dev Team Lead, manage the dev team providing guidance on architecture, design, and development best practices.
• Communicate system requirements to development teams
• Evaluate and select appropriate tools and suggest integration methods
• Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
• Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
• Ensure the implementation of the agreed architecture and infrastructure
• Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions
• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals

Requirements:

• At least five years of proven work experience as a system architect, project manager, or equivalent position.
• Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Hands-on experience in iOS, Swift UI and React 
• Knowledge of strategic FinSecDevOps solutions
• Knowledge of Android is an advantage 
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Preferred qualifications: 

• Background in digital systems
• Hands-on experience with CMS and Email Marketing systems (WordPress, Elementor, Customer..io, Amplitude, Monday, etc.) 
• Experience with agile software development methodologies.
