We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our Web Distribution Platform team. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for the success of your accounts which includes managing the partnerships, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing based on data, and working towards quarterly targets. The position also requires working with internal teams; motivating processes and developing creative solutions to implement internally.

What you'll do:

• Develop and manage partnerships with leading global customers and serve as their trusted point of contact.
• Analyzing, AB testing, and optimizing the results to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
• Responsible for maintaining, developing, and generating new business opportunities with existing partners (up/cross-sell).
• Work directly with Product, Research and Development, and BI teams to ensure the highest possible performance for your clients.
• Manage client expectations at all levels by attending and directing client meetings.

What you'll need:

• 1-2 years of Customer Success or Account managing experience in the ad tech industry.
• Fluent English - a MUST
• Excellent analytical skills – Attention to details, ability to digest data and translate it to actionable outcomes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a consultative approach to client needs
• Project management skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels. Business-minded, creative and out-of-the-box thinker Independent, well organized and fast learner
• Self-starter and able to influence others and hold others accountable for results
