Job Description:

• Provide day-to-day admin support to employees, managers, vendors, and service providers.
• Oversee company reception, greet guests, employees, and vendors
• Answer calls and forward as needed
• Welcome new employees, conduct new hire induction, and coordinate with direct managers
• Oversee shipping and deliveries both local and international
• Work with various vendors and service providers including but limited to parking, groceries, office supplies, cell phones, etc.
• Oversee meeting room schedules for various meetings
• Work with a number of systems such as access security, ticketing, office management, etc.
  
  

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of office suite- excel, word outlook, etc.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to adjust to quickly changing circumstances
• Full time: 8:00-17:00
