Management of a Multidisciplinary Team
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to accomplish all development tasks and deliverables.
- Mentor and facilitate the personal and professional development of team members.
- Collaborate in defining the product roadmap.
- Establish and lead development processes and management routines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electronics Engineering, Electro-Optics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electro-Optics, or Systems Engineering is an advantage.
- 5 years of experience in managing a multi-disciplinary development team is mandatory.
- Experience in the development of electro-optical systems, thermal simulation, or control is a plus.
- Systematic vision and strong leadership skills.
