We are looking for a talented and passionate Marketing Data Analyst to join our amazing marketing analytics team. Using your technical and analytical skills, your mission will be telling the story behind the numbers and get a deep understanding of players behavior.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex data sets representing users’ behavior, see beyond numbers and help to inform, influence, support and execute our business decisions.
• You will work closely with marketers to identify impactful business and marketing issues and translate them into structured analysis and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards to make informed decisions quickly and efficiently.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, deriving insights, and implementing actionable strategies to enhance ROI.
• A connecting link between Marketers, Product and Monetization, be proactive and provide actionable recommendations.
• Taking responsibility of marketing analytics product side. Recommending new KPIs, users’ segmentations, lift tests, predictions, new events and much more. 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytical work experience, preferably for a mobile company / gaming industry.
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant degree.
• Proficient knowledge of SQL and strong skills in Excel - a must!
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
• An independent, self-learner, detail oriented and a team player individual.
• Excellent English (spoken and written) - a must.
