Financial Controller

An exceptional Ag-tech /Food-tech startup based in Tel Aviv, is looking for controller with a sharp mind, attention to detail, independence, and strong people skills, to play a pivotal role in our finance team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare analyses for monthly, quarterly, and annual book closings.
• Analyze monthly reports comparing actual performance to budget, offering insights and added value.
• Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and other reports for regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and advisors.
• Assist in the implementation and documentation of internal controls, new processes, and policies to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Negotiation with banks.
• Applications submission to the IIA – Advantage.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Over 5 years of prior experience as a Financial Controller.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA certification.
• Proficient computer skills, especially in Excel.
• Familiarity with the SAP system.
• Capability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Attention to detail, creativity, independence and strong analysis skills.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational, management, and problem-solving capabilities.
