About Us:

StellarAI addresses data challenges in the AI-driven industry, creating opportunities for autistic graduates. We're seeking a Team Leader to execute and manage projects, working closely with both the team and clients.

Job Description:

• Daily team management – task allocation, problem-solving, reviewing and delivering outputs to company clients, addressing personal issues, and managing relationships with employee support staff (social workers, psychologists).
• Integration into the training of new employees in Data Operations, including AI-focused content.
• Personal and professional development of team members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with autistic individuals/special populations.
• Technological understanding and a willingness to learn.
• Leadership skills and a genuine desire to work with autistic individuals.

Position Details:

• Full-time
• Start date: December 23’
• Location: Central Israel (Tel Aviv-Herzliya).
