You are:
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to manage and optimize the revenue operations process. You will be responsible for working closely with the sales, marketing and customer success teams to align efforts, and using data and analytics to measure and improve performance. You bring proven experience in revenue operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field - Must
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Information Systems, Finance, and Legal, to ensure smooth and efficient revenue operations processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance
- Lead and manage process improvement, automation and projects.
- Develop and implement data-driven projects to enhance sales and customer success performance, increase productivity, and drive revenue growth. Operations and process automation.
- Conduct regular audits of customer and prospect data to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs consistently to drive success and growth.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our business models and products.
- Maintain and enhance the CRM platforms to optimize their effectiveness in supporting sales.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce)
