Senior Revenue Operations Specialist

As a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist at Exodigo, you will play a critical role in driving financial clarity and operational efficiency across our projects. You will partner closely with the Business Operations team to build scalable processes, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making—particularly in finance-related areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis efforts across projects, including: Project cost and margin analysis and revenue recognition and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and tools to support project financial planning and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Delivery) to align revenue operations with business goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and support audit and compliance processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy, reporting speed, and decision-making.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite and Power BI, leveraging these tools to streamline operations and reporting.

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, FP&A, or Business Operations roles.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial metrics and modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and NetSuite is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
