Description:
The Revenue Operations team at ActiveFence drives operational excellence and enables data-driven growth across the entire revenue lifecycle. By partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, the team ensures cross-functional alignment, efficient processes, and accurate insights to help the company scale.
We are seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy team member to join us and make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Analyze, design, and implement efficient and scalable processes across the revenue lifecycle, from lead generation to customer retention. Identify and remove bottlenecks, automate manual tasks, and ensure consistency across departments.
- Data Management & Analytics: Establish and maintain data integrity standards. Develop and manage dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into key revenue metrics, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and team performance. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure alignment on goals, processes, and reporting. Facilitate clear communication and understanding across teams to foster a unified revenue-focused approach.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define, track, and provide regular performance analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Sales & Marketing Enablement: Support the creation and delivery of training, documentation, and best practices for revenue processes and tools. Drive adoption and continuous improvement of sales methodologies and technologies.
- Revenue Forecasting & Planning Support: Assist in the development and refinement of revenue forecasts and contribute to strategic planning initiatives by providing accurate data and operational insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Cybersecurity environment.- MUST
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. - MUST
- Proven experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and revenue tools (Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working cross-functionally to drive process improvements and operational initiatives.
- Self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
