Responsibilities
As the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will:
- Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and long-term vision.
- Lead and manage Claroty’s global Talent Acquisition team and ensure effective allocation of recruitment support according to business resourcing needs and growth at all sites.
- Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring efforts forward, meeting and overachieving our goals
- Creatively manage and develop our sourcing channels (agencies, social, friend referral, etc.)
- Manage and develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers and the leadership teams to effectively forecast and execute hiring plans while creatively overcoming setbacks
- Set and track recruitment KPIs, analyze recruitment data to support business goals to reach hiring targets and constantly improve our effectiveness
- Communicate and report talent acquisition activity and results to the business on a regular basis
- Design the operational infrastructure needed for an efficient and effective end-to-end recruitment process, from initial interaction through onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities and PR efforts
- Drive and execute the Friends Referral program and campaigns
- Lead internal processes such as internal mobility, relocation, and more
- Partner with the HRBPs regarding workforce and succession planning, recruiting, and cultural alignment.
- Hands-on recruiting as needed
What should you have?
- 3+ years of experience managing and inspiring a high-performing recruitment team, preferably in a global, fast-growing company
- 8+ years of recruiting experience within high-growth, innovative, tech global organizations
- Previous experience in hiring for the Americas, APJ, and EMEA markets
- Expert knowledge of talent acquisition practices, including sourcing, attraction, interviewing/ assessment, and candidate onboarding
- Results-oriented: Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, ability to collaborate and get things done in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; heightened ability to build and foster relationships with key stakeholders, such as HR colleagues and hiring managers
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the correct workflow between candidates, the hiring team, and the business
- A true team player with a 'can-do' attitude and a hands-on approach
- Excellent assessment skills
- Passionate about candidate experience, ensuring that each candidate has a unique and positive experience
- An innovator who loves taking initiative and proactively providing suggestions for how to build, streamline and improve recruitment activities
- A creative attitude, an ability to multitask, and a hands-on approach, comfortable with change management and adapting to the evolving needs of a growing company
- Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written required
