Sales manager - Israel Market

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include promoting and selling control and command software (security and structural control) and closing deals. The Sales manager will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including providing personal guidance throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell control and monitoring software, securing and structural control solutions, and successfully close business deals.
2. Manage the sales process from start to finish, which includes lead generation, personal guidance through the sales process, and deal closure.
3. Collaborate with procurement managers, operations, and facility managers of existing businesses (factories, building management companies, shopping centers, hotels, public institutions, and more) to purchase the system for existing structures.
4. Work with , electrical contractors, and low-voltage contractors for new construction projects (office buildings, residential buildings, commercial centers, public institutions, etc.) to purchase the system for new buildings.
5. Support and manage existing integrators in the sales process and recruit additional integrators to sell the company's products.
6. Provide technical and commercial support to the international sales team.
7. Pricing and proposal preparation.

Job Requirements:

1. At least five years of sales experience in control and monitoring software. Experience in the security industry is a significant advantage.
2. Strong technical capabilities.
3. High motivation and the ability to bounce back from setbacks.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
6. Strong negotiation skills.
7. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
8. Proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
