Customer Success Team Lead

Shavit Software seeks for a experienced Customer Success Team Lead!

The position includes:

-Management of the Customer Success team in the personal and professional aspects, motivating the team to meet the goals of the project.

- Planning and building horizontal processes for internal work interfaces.

-Responsibility and ongoing management of service, retention and UP SALE processes of the operation concern (billing, retention, service, toll, trainings, On Boarding and more).

Requirements:

- Over 3 years of experience as Customer Success

- Previous management experience of the Customer Success team

- Experience in supporting SAAS systems

- Previous experience in building operation and service processes

- High level English

- Willingness to work at unusual hours
