As a Technical Recruiter specializing in R&D and Product hiring, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for Armis's growing team in Tel Aviv. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR to understand business needs, define hiring strategies, and ensure the acquisition of high-caliber professionals who align with Armis' values and mission.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles within the R&D and Product teams, inclusive of closing and offering candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and set realistic expectations.
- Utilize various channels to identify and attract top talent, including online sourcing, networking events, industry conferences, and employee referrals.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions, ensuring a proactive and strategic approach to recruitment.
- Conduct thorough technical interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct HR interviews for all your roles.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Enhance Armis's employer brand within the local tech community.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to position Armis as an employer of choice.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and efficient hiring process.
- Keep stakeholders informed of recruitment progress through regular updates and reports.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to measure and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Implement data-driven decision-making to continuously optimize the hiring strategy.
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a focus on R&D and Product roles, within Hi-tech.
- Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of technology and the ability to assess technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
- This position is based in Tel Aviv & would be 3-4 days in the office.
