We are looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.
As a part of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that enhance product awareness, drive demand, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
If you embrace dynamic environments and have a solid understanding of the technologies and processes used to manage cloud infrastructure and/or DevOps - your place is with us.
Your day to day will include:
- Market Analysis - Analyze market data and conduct research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for target audiences.
- Define personas and ideal customer profiles in collaboration with the product team.
- Go-to-Market Strategy - Create and execute plans for new product launches, including audience identification and channel strategy.
- Collaborate with sales and product development for successful launches.
- Content Strategy - Determine impactful collateral for awareness and demand generation.
- Direct external writers to create engaging content, including brochures, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Sales Enablement - Provide sales teams with tools and training for effective communication.
- Develop sales collateral in simple language to enable faster sales cycles.
- Campaign Strategy - Plan marketing campaigns using various channels to reach target audiences.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback for product improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS software as a Product Marketing Manager.
- Marketing experience to DevOps engineers, platform engineers, and/or SREs.
- Technical background, familiarity with DevOps and cloud infrastructure tools.
- Experience with the US market and proficiency in Google, LinkedIn, and Hubspot platforms.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical buyers and vice versa.
- Organizational skills for coordinating efforts across teams.
- Understanding of product usage processes.
- Working with analysts - an advantage.
- Public speaking experience at tech conferences - an advantage.
