easy app is a local search technology and platform to find business, events, and basically everything. We are the largest marketplace in Israel with over 3 million unique visitors per month and over 100K business owners and a wide variety of users.

Our Customer Success team is looking for a Retention manager.

About The Position

• Provide independent and high-quality responses to our customers via email ticketing system and chat.
• Provide reliable resolution of critical and high impact problems for customers
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Retaining clients using different mass communication channels

• Experience as a support representative is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales and support orientation
• Team player with a “can-do” attitude

• Ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply
