Our Customer Success team is looking for a Retention manager.
About The Position
- Provide independent and high-quality responses to our customers via email ticketing system and chat.
- Provide reliable resolution of critical and high impact problems for customers
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Retaining clients using different mass communication channels
requirements
- Experience as a support representative is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and support orientation
- Team player with a “can-do” attitude
- Multi-task and good performance under pressure
- Ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply
- Dynamic, fun-loving, and yet driven
