Head of People Operations

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of People Operations to join our HR team. As Head of People Operations, you will constantly work on improving HR processes, implement data driven strategies that support business growth, improve morale and employee retention, enhance employee wellness, and promote Verbit’s core values.

The ideal candidate should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of global labor regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, and a passion for talent development and processes. This person must be a proven manager with the innate ability to drive results through encouragement and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Help to build and influence HR strategy across Verbit. Materializing work plans and processes into reality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve HR processes, policies, and workflows
• Lead HRIS practice and ensure data integrity
• Develop and implement HR policies, employee experience and procedures
• Generate and support data-driven decision-making
• Lead the HR global OPS team (9 people in multiple locations and time zones) and ensure their professionalism and growth
• Manage HR Services globally in collaboration with HRBP teams
  
  

If you want to join our journey, you’ll need

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role
• At least 3 years of experience in leading global teams
• Proven Experience in project management roles
• Strong knowledge of global HR processes and policies
• Experience with HRIS and other HR systems
• Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools
• Familiarity with global payroll processes and system
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships with multiple disciplinary teams
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Willingness to work with multiple time zones (including US)
