The opportunity
The Leadership and Organization development (L&OD) is focused on envision, design, and deliver an overarching Leadership and Organization Development strategy, programs, solutions, processes, and practices, to support Teva Leadership Development and culture, based on Teva's strategic priorities.
The role, of a Global OD Lead is aimed at designing and implementing global initiatives, processes, and solutions to promote business excellence alongside with acting as a Talent Management business partner for several business units for designing and leading OD initiatives, practices, solutions, and interventions where needed.
This role requires passion for both corporate OD and OD partner roles, leading with both global and local mindset and skills and partnering with diverse stakeholders – additional Talent management Business Partners, HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, internal/external subject matter experts and third-party vendors.
How you’ll spend your day
- Design, develop and implement global OD solutions and programs for targeted populations within Teva.
- Identify needs and gaps of a population/focus area and translate it into OD solutions and practices.
- Design, lead and facilitate global OD solutions accordingly.
- Partner with Talent management Business Partner, HR business partners and business leaders to promote the global OD solutions, collect feedback and lead change management processes.
- Incorporate 'best in class' OD practices and lessons learned into the OD and Leadership programs.
- Develop short term programs (3-6 months) for developing and upskilling key populations (e.g., coaching, mentoring etc.)
- Lead the organizational Performance Management process, in partnership with Total Reward, as well as leaders' and employees' experience, design support materials and education for leaders and employees.
- Introduce OD solutions and Facilitate programs to both HR and managers
Your experience and qualifications
- Strong OD professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in global organizations
- Vast experience in the Leadership & OD arena: familiarity with OD practices and solutions (coming both from best practices and literature)
- Ability to build OD frameworks, approaches, solutions from scratch with proven experience in translating needs and concepts into OD and leadership practices.
- Being able to zoom into details, while leading at an enterprise level with strong project management skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with and influencing HR leads.
- Experience in a global organization - advantage
- A great team player being able to work in collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills
