Summary

We are looking for a talented data analyst who can leverage their expertise to drive insights and recommendations that enable our organization to make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team to develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems. If you have experience in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, we want you to join our team!

What will you do?

• Work with structured and unstructured data to extract valuable insights that drive business decisions
• Apply statistical methods to conduct hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and other experiments to validate findings
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand business questions and provide data-driven answers.
• Clean, preprocess, and transform data to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analysis results
• Create clear and concise data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Utilize existing machine learning models and statistical techniques to analyze data and uncover meaningful patterns, correlations, and causality - an advantage
  
  

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on statistical analysis and pattern recognition.
• Proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or similar for data manipulation and analysis tasks - advantage
• Familiarity with BI tools, like Looker, QuickSight, Tableau, etc.
• Experience working with AWS platform, including S3 files, Athena, Spark/EMR, Glue tables
• Experience in working independently and close to the executive team, product managers, researchers, and engineers
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and libraries for hypothesis testing and correlation analysis - advantage
• Ability to work with out-of-the-box machine learning models and apply them to practical data analysis tasks - advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field - advantage
