Job Description:
NetNut is looking for enthusiastic, comfortable with technology and automation tools person, adept at communication skills, and passionate about sales.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Junior Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to kickstart your career in tech sales.
As a Junior SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by generating leads, bringing potential customers to trial, and contributing to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through various online platforms, including LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, company databases, and more.
2. Outreach: Initiate outbound communication via email, phone, and social media to introduce Netnut's services and establish interest among potential customers.
3. Qualification: Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our target customer profile.
4. Engagement: Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects, addressing their inquiries and educating them about Netnut's offerings.
5. Trial Conversion: Encourage and assist prospects in starting trials by showcasing their potential benefits.
6. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate lead interactions and progression records in our CRM system.
7. Feedback: Provide valuable feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation and a desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
- Digitally Fluent and an aptitude for understanding and discussing technical solutions (training will be provided).
- Prior experience in sales or customer service for a SaaS company is a plus but not required.
