The customer success will work directly with a large Telecom provider in Paris (working from Israel) as a consultant of customer journey analysis, optimizations and improvement.

You'd be a good fit if you have...

• Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or business administration
• 2-4 years experience as a customer success / business analyst / campaign implementation / business or marketing operations
• Customer success / Business analyst capabilities
• Experience in performing journey or process optimizations
• Experienced in working with digital systems, e.g. salesforce, oracle, service now etc.
• Experience in building and providing reports and business analytics
• Experience with UX/UI - advantage
• Analytical mind and ability to slice and dice the data to drive insights
• Autonomous with a high degree of initiative
• Interpersonal & human relationship skills
• French speaking skills required
• Proficiency-level English skills required
• Technical orientation
